Yoga seems to be the answer of relaxation for a stressed-out public and prisoners in Texas are learning it works for them too. The classes, offered for both men and women, are becoming so popular there's even a waiting list.

Experts say yoga helps break cycles of addiction, affecting a lot of those imprisoned. The practice of yoga seems to be spreading in areas where people are in desperate situations.
