It was a sweet moment when the young couple was asked how he had proposed. The winners of the Shotgun Wedding are high school sweethearts, together for 7 years, engaged for four years and praying for enough money in their wedding fund to afford the wedding they hoped for.

When Alexandra Reyes won Lonestar 99.5's Shotgun Wedding, it was the answer to all of those prayers and a dream come true. TV news crews were in the Lonestar 99.5 studio full of questions for the happy couple and we all were curious about how Jonathan had proposed four years back when they first decided to get married.

"I was in the shower," was Alexandra's soft-spoken response.
