You Need To Try These Lubbock Food Trucks, They Took Home The Gold Sunday

This weekend was the one-year anniversary of Lubbock's Food Trucks for a Cause. This event happens every last Sunday of the month.

Food trucks come together to serve food for the community all day and every month they give back to a local nonprofit.

To celebrate big for their one year they did a food truck battle where all the food trucks in the area battled it out to win in 11 different categories. There were five judges who tried the food to try and find the winners.

The results are in and these are the next food trucks you need to add to your list to try.

If you have missed these last events don't worry they will be doing it again the next month as well. It always happens on the last Sunday of every month at the Aldersgate Church, located at 10306 Indiana Ave. The event happens all day long. They have some food trucks there for lunch and others for dinner. It all kicks off at 11 a.m. and goes until 8 p.m.
