Whip’d Pies In Lubbock Is Now Open
Who's ready for pie?!
Back in April, Townsquare Media's Kelsee Pitman told us about a delicious new dessert place that would be opening soon in Lubbock at 114th and Quaker. Friday, May 6th is the big day for Whip'd Pies, as they are finally open.
So what is Whip'd Pies? Simply put, they offer freshly made small pies that can be enjoyed with friends and family. The pies are small, individual pies that come in different flavors and the flavor choices change each week. If you've ever tried Crumbl Cookies, which is a national chain, it's sort of like that, only with pies instead of cookies.
Our friends from The Pie Bar that recently closed down are partners in this new local venture that I think is going to take off.
Oh, and yes, they deliver.
Since this weekend is the first weekend for Whip'd Pies, they will be open until 11 p.m. on Friday, May 6th and Saturday May, 7th. So what are the flavors for the first full week? Get ready to be hungry.
According to their Facebook page, six types of pies are ready for you to go and pick up or have delivered. Check out an up-close look below:
Yep. I'm hungry now. Best of luck to Whip'd Pies!
