Severe Weather Awareness Day, A Free Event, At Lubbock’s Science Spectrum in March

It's Severe Weather Awareness Day, a free event, at The Science Spectrum on Saturday, March 2nd according to Lubbock in the Loop.

Bring the family out to the Science Spectrum from 10 am - 4 pm for plenty of weather related activities. Experiments, live weather demonstrations, severe weather simulations, preparedness information, door prizes and more.

You'll even have the opportunity to see Storm Chasing vehicles and weather instruments from Texas Tech's Severe Storm Research Team.
