Well the latest trend in bartending is custom cocktails, made just the way you like them. How about a bourbon smoothie blended with sage. Bars around the country are now serving up fashionable creations, like a bartender at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.
He mixes drinks in the Japanese "Omakase" style, working with the customer to craft a cocktail that matches their specific tastes.
Now while some bartenders serve up these exotic creations, can they do this.
