Rob Baird Live at Wild West Saturday Night [VIDEO]

Rob Baird is an incredibly nice guy who hails from Memphis. Rob says growing up in Memphis, it was impossible not to pick up a guitar and start pickin' around.

Later on Rob says while searching through some of his sisters stuff he found Tom Petty and the Heartbreaker's "don't bore us, get to the chorus" approach to song structure, melded with Rob's affinity for darker- themed lyrics of some noted Texas writers such as Chris Night.

Rob will be in Lubbock Saturday night at Wild West, and if you are reading this, you'll get in free before 10 pm.  After 10 for 18 and over it will be $8.
