If you are looking for a fast healthy and cheap option in Lubbock, look no farther.

MotoMedi was created to make an approachable way to eat healthy and enjoy your food. It is Mediterranean food and made from scratch in-house.

When you come in you will pick a base, protein, side, sauces, toppings and dips. There is a wide variety of options for everyone's dietary needs.

They try to keep it under $10 for everyone to be able to enjoy something good. Everything is included in the bowl but the dips. They are known for their homemade hummus. I even like it and I'm not a hummus person.

Every few months they change their seasonal bowl to offer new options for people to try and enjoy. A lot of people love their white garlic sauce and their special hot sauce.

They even offer dine-in, pickup, curbside and delivery if you need it. They also have a patio if you want to enjoy the outdoors. All you have to do is order online.
