The cheeser the better right? HMM YUM!

A place called Roni's Mac Bar started in Waco, Texas is known for its love of mac and cheese. Some of their video have over 20 million views.

Shortly after, a video of the restaurant went viral, and Roni’s Mac Bar was on the map! Frank and Mary couldn’t be more moved by the positive response that the community has given them, especially after all of the work that went into engineering the brand into what it is.

What is Roni’s Mac Bar?

You can get Build-Your-Own Macaroni and Cheese where you watch them make it and bake it right in front of you.

You can choose between mac and cheese or a grilled cheese sandwich. This comes in regular or gluten-free. Then you pick your base, a protein, unlimited veggies, and sauce.

They have cheese options like cheddar, pepper jack, and alfredo. Meats they have grilled chicken, pulled pork, brisket, bacon and ham. They have a bunch of toppings including bread crumbs, my favorite. The sauces are BBQ, garlic parmesan, buffalo, ranch, pesto and hot honey.

They even have party trays for you to pick up too!

Roni’s Mac Bar confirmed in a social media post on Thursday it planned to open in the Lubbock soon.

Roni’s Mac Bar has four Texas stores open and Lubbock added to the list will make it the fifth location.

There is currently no set location or time for this spot to open up but we will keep you updated when we find out more.
