Keith Urban took home the biggest honor of the night at the 2019 ACM Awards, and he had an emotional reaction to his big win.

Urban turned and gave his wife, Nicole Kidman, a kiss as soon as ACMs host Reba McEntire and Brooks & Dunn called his name as the 2019 ACM Entertainer of the Year, and then gave her another long kiss before he left his seat to take the stage. He was overwhelmed! But as Urban made his way toward the steps of the stage, he turned around to acknowledge his competitors in an unusually classy move.

Urban faced off against Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Chris Stapleton and Kenny Chesney in the Entertainer of the Year category, and he took the time to hug all of them on his way to the stage except Chesney, who was not in attendance at the awards show at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday night (April 7).

Top 5 Moments From the 2019 ACM Awards:

Urban was received with hugs from ACMs host McEntire, as well as Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn when he finally did take the stage to accept his award, which marks his first-ever ACM Entertainer of the Year win after eight previous nominations.

Urban also hit the stage at the 2019 ACM Awards to perform an earnest cover of Foy Vance's "Burden." Urban is also the currently reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year after winning that honor in November of 2018.
