Lubbock's The Co-Op Public House (4637 50th St Suite 300) is expanding with a bakery and bistro location at 3407 98th St. #600, formerly Plain Jane's Fried Pies.

The cat is out of the bag! The Co-Op family is expanding!
We are excited to bring you The Co-Op Bakery and Bistro. Offering fresh baked breads, pastries, delectable desserts, and craft sandwiches for breakfast and lunch.
From what I can gather, The Co-Op Bakery and Bistro is doing a soft opening today (9/28/2023). Details are currently scarce about this new venture, which kind of adds to the mystery and allure of it if you ask me. I'm sure we will be seeing more about the bistro's offering soon.

We do, however, know plenty about The Co-Op Public House. Featuring elevated and unique eats, The Co-Op Public House has its lunch, brunch, dinner, and cocktail menus available to view online.

The Co-Op Public House is a contemporary Farm-to-table restaurant inspired by our indoor hydroponic farm and regional fare. We believe in delicious food, great atmosphere and that meals should be share with the ones you love.

The Co-Op Public House opened this past January, so this expansion is a quick one. We wish them success in their newest endeavor.
