Have You Heard About the Peach Pie Peach?

Summer means peaches at United Supermarkets. Brenda Duby with United Supermarkets joined us to talk about peaches and the different types of peaches you can find at United.

Duby first brought up the two different varieties of peaches: free-stone peaches and cling peaches. The difference comes down to whether the flesh is stuck to the pit or if it can be easily removed.

That brings us to the peach pie peaches. Duby said this is a must-try peach. They are flatter and round and more yellow than other peaches. When shopping at United, just ask for a taste and we bet you will be impressed.
