First Neighbors Emergency Center Now Open Here in Lubbock

A new emergency center just opened on Saturday, December 10 here in Lubbock.

Neighbors Emergency Center has locations across Texas, Colorado and Rhode Island, but this is its first Lubbock location.

I was able to speak with their administrative assistant Charlene P. and she said they can do most of the testing needed there on site. They have a full lab, X-rays and CT Scans. They take all insurance (except Medicare and Medicaid) and are open everyday 24 hours a day.

According to their website, they handle a wide array of services including:

Sprains
Fractures
Dislocations
Cuts and Lacerations
Head Injuries
Concussions
Falls
Seizures
Sports Injuries
Back Pain and Sciatica
Insect Bites and Stings
Dog Bites/Cat Bites
Foreign Body Removals

They also offer cardiology, imaging, lab work and more. They are a full-service emergency center.

They're located at 4337 50th St. at Quaker.
