Car Crashes Into a Utility Pole on 82nd Street
Early Thursday morning (July 13), a car crashed into a utility pole causing one of the passengers to be taken to a local hospital.
KAMC News reports that Lubbock Police officers responded to a report of a vehicle crashing into a utility pole on the 2700 block of 82nd street. When police arrived, they found two males occupying the vehicle. One of the men was taken to UMC with potentially life-threatening injuries.
Police say the car was traveling east on 82nd street when it failed to stay in its lane, causing the car to crash into the utility pole.
The crash is still under investigation at this time.
