You Need To Check Out This Amazing Restaraunt That’s A Short Drive From Lubbock

Are you looking to try somewhere new or have an amazing burger? Then this place is for you.

For the first time ever I drove out to Shallowater to try this amazing spot I have heard people raving about and now I know why.

Have you heard of Lysha's Handcraft? It's a little restaurant/food truck out off Clovis Road that is amazing, local and something everyone needs to go check out.

The owner is so sweet and passionate about what she does. You can tell a lot of blood, sweat and tears have gone into this place. She has done an amazing job. So I went out there to try the famous train wreck burger.

Man oh man guys I don't know if I can have a different one now, it was so good. She makes it fresh right there and all the ingredients fit perfectly together. So you may be thinking well what is it Kelsee? Well here is a picture below of this beautiful train wreck.

It's a cheeseburger with all the fixins along with fried onion strings, fried jalapenos and cooked to perfection. It was so big and delicious but I ate every last bite. Then they told me I had to try the dessert and man I am glad I did because I am a sucker for a good crust. Look at all this chocolatey goodness. It was made from scratch and the crust was so good it was hard not to get another piece.

While you might think Shallowater is a far drive it actually isn't. I live on the opposite side of it in Lubbock and it took me 20 minutes to get there. It was well worth it and I think if you go out there you will think the same thing.
