Wade Bowen Brings Attitude and Style to JAB Fest 2017 — See the Photos
Wade Bowen is a solid Texas Country/Red Dirt singer from Waco, Texas, who always brings great style and original music to his performance.
Bowen showcased his incredible voice and style in a big way Friday night. The crowd was on their feet and he delivered at JAB Fest. But Bowen also connected in a couple big ways beyond his great music.
During his set, Bowen applauded the people in Texas who came together to help out the victims of Hurricane Harvey. Of course, he had a very Texas way to wrap up his thoughts. "Hurricane Harvey can kiss our ass, along with all the other hurricanes headed our way," Bowen said to raucous cheers from the Lubbock crowd.
And before Bowen left the stage, he led the audience with a 'Raider, Power!' chant - the famous call-and-response chant all Texas Tech fans know and love.
