The Lubbock Police Department says at least three robberies where the victims were held at gunpoint occurred across parts of Lubbock on the night of August 28th and the morning of August 29th.

Police say the first incident happened at around 11:30 p.m. on August 28th in the 1500 block of 32nd Street. Officers responded to reports of a stolen motorcycle. Two suspects arrived at the victims home and were loading his motorcycle into a trailer. When the victim tried to stop them, one of the suspects pulled a gun and pointed it at the victim until the motorcycle was loaded.

Later the next morning, on August 29th around 3:40 a.m., authorities responded to the 2900 block of 3rd Place for another instance of a stolen motorcycle. The victim says he was riding his motorcycle when it broke down. The victim was attempting to fix his bike when a suspect pulled up, pointed a gun at him, and stole what the victim had on his person as well as his motorcycle.

Lastly, over an hour later, just after 5 a.m., officers responded to reports of a home burglary at a residence in the 1600 block of 59th Street. Initial reports indicate two suspects kicked down their down looking for someone who didn’t live there anymore. The suspects threatened the victim and then fled the scene.

None of the suspects in any of these robberies have been identified. As of the publication of this article, the Lubbock Police Department hasn't said if these cases are connected.
