Girl Scout cookie season is officially off and running!

Tickets are available through booth sales, door to door sales, and personal sales. They also offer, what they call, a 'digital cookie, which is each girl scouts ability to set up an on-line cookie business, with cookies being shipped directly to your door, according to their press release.

Additionally, there is a Girl Scout cookie finder app, according to their website.

Wow have things changed since I was selling girl scout cookies! One thing that hasn't changed is the flavor and quality and the enthusiastic customer response.

Folks sure love their Girl Scout cookies. I remember customers used to buy a years' supply from me and freeze them, and I've heard that's still a popular idea!

One cookie that will make a come back this year, after being introduced last year for the 100th anniversary... the S'mores cookie is back by popular demand. All the flavor of that messy, chewy campfire favorite, the s'more wrapped up in a cookie? What could be better?!

Other favorites to chose from include The Mints, Caramel deLites, Peanut Butter Patties, Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Shortbreads, Thanks-a-lot (say thank you on top!), and Lemonades.

Plus an oatmeal, peanut butter, chocolate chip cookie, the Trios are gluten-free and are one of my favorite cookie combinations.

There are 28.000 Girl Scouts of the Texas Oklahoma Plains according to their press release and here is a link to their website and cookie finder!

Don't miss the Girl Scout cookie season. It ends February 25th.
