Ramen Shack Shares Exciting Updates to Their Brick & Mortar Location in Wolfforth

Ramen Shack is probably the most hyped food truck in Lubbock, and for good reason: fans love their slurp-a-ble creations that start with an authentic broth base like Miso, Shoyu, or Shio.

Ramen Shack then adds handmade ramen noodles and toppings like chicken, pork, nori, etc. depending on which bowl you order. They also offers flavor snack packs and custom toppings so every trip can be a whole new flavor adventure.

Their new spot in Lubbock continues to be worked on. From their Facebook page:

Happy Monday to our Ramen Shack family! We just wanted to post an updated on the progress of the brick and mortar! We have been working very hard to get done. We still need to do some painting, bathrooms need some work, some work in the kitchen, sign up and HVAC and plumbing. 😅

Ramen Shack's brick and mortar location is making huge strides on its interior and will soon be open in the lovely city of Wolfforth.

This weekend (October 16th & 17th, 2020), Ramen Shack with be at The Garden (1801 Buddy Holly) for Friday dinner, and at the grand opening of Ashby + CO boutique (12111 Frankford Ave) for Saturday lunch. Get there early, because having fresh ingredients means it can sell out quickly.
