New Mexican Restaurant Opens At Old Roosters BBQ Location
Back in April, I told y'all that a local food truck is spreading its wings into a brick-and-mortar opening up very soon.
Robles Taquería started as a food truck back in 2018. They said at first it was very rough because they were first-time business owners. They preserved and kept on growing their customer base, now shocked at how far they have come.
Their menu will consist of all types of Mexican food like quesadillas, tortas, enchiladas, and more. They are even bringing their popular tacos from the food truck that made everyone love them.
Want a drink with your meal? There will be a full-sized bar where they will serve frozen margaritas, all types of beer, and liquor as well.
The owner says, "I would say that we will look to stand out from the other taquerias in town because of how we look to bring a more modern feel to the dine-in experience while also keeping our food quality and taste as the top priority. We are striving for the fancy feel of a gourmet Mexican restaurant with the authentic and home-style taste of a more local taqueria."
Robles Taquería now has a full storefront offering multiple new jobs for the town at the location. You can message them on Facebook if you would like to apply.
They are located at 1602 Main Street which is the old Roosters BBQ.
