New Lubbock Restaurant Opens With Well Known Owners

Lee's Cafe has been around in Lubbock for a long time. It is a great place to get some home-cooked food. The owners from Lee's then added Royal Seafood to their list of restaurants they own. This is a great chance to enjoy some really good seafood.

They then stepped it up and added Bucket of Love, a place for you to get some good fried chicken and all-you-can-eat sides.

Well if you love these restaurants and the owners like I do you will be excited to know they have opened a new spot for us to come out and it is officially open.

The new restaurant is called Docs Cafeteria. It is a new concept they haven't done before. Dorothy Lee says it will be a one-stop buffet. You will come to the line one time and choose your meat choice and up to five sides. After that, you will go down the line and pick your bread choice, one dessert, drink, and complimentary ice cream.

They are officially open as of Friday, July 28th, 2023. I haven't had the chance to check them out yet but it is on my list. I love a good buffet.

Docs hours will be Thursday and Friday from 11 am to 7 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm, and Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm. Breakfast will be served from 8 am to 10:30 am.
