New Lubbock Restaurant Coming With Well Known Owners

Lee's Cafe has been around in Lubbock for a long time. It is a great place to get some home-cooked food. The owners from Lee's then added Royal Seafood to their list of restaurants they own. This is a great chance to enjoy some really good seafood.

They then stepped it up and added Bucket of Love, a place for you to get some good fried chicken and all-you-can-eat sides.

Well if you love these restaurants and the owners like I do you will be excited to know they are opening a new spot for us to come out and enjoy by the end of the month.

The new restaurant is called Docs Cafeteria. It is a new concept they haven't done before. Dorothy Lee says it will be a one-stop buffet. You will come to the line one time and choose your meat choice and up to five sides. After that, you will go down the line and pick your bread choice, one dessert, drink, and complimentary ice cream.

Lee says they hope to open the last week of July 2023.

If you are looking for a job they are currently hiring dishwashers, busboys, line servers, food prep and cooks. You can apply by going to Lee's Cafe Wednesday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 7604 Milwaukee Ave # 400, Lubbock, TX 79424.

Docs hours will be Thursday and Friday from 11 am to 7 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm, and Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm. Breakfast will be served from 8 am to 10:30 pm.

The new location will be at 4919 34th Street Lubbock, Tx. We will keep you updated on when it opens.
