My awesome Adventure Park climb to the top of the Adventure Towers was well worth it for an amazing view of the entire park. I also announced the winner of our huge Adventure Park wedding contest worth $5,000.

Lonestar 99.5 listener Joe Huntzinger was the winner of an Adventure Park wedding. Huntzinger and his fiance will receive the following:

  • An outdoor wedding at Adventure Park's pavilion with seating for 200 guests
  • A photography package
  • A 2-tiered wedding cake + 4 dozen bundtinis from Nothing Bundt Cakes
  • $500 worth of flowers from Designs by Rachel
  • A day-pass for 10 wedding guests at Adventure Park

You can see the video announcing the winner below:

Back to Adventure Park. I captured stunning pictures at every turn, and every level of their massive tower revealed a whole new experience of the fantastic scenic views all around. Not only do you get the complete overview of the park, but well beyond from the three-story high tower.

The second mini-golf course is now completed and open, as well as a slide down from the second story of one of the Adventure towers.

There's nothing like the climb to the top on that spiral staircase. Yes, it was a little bit of a whirl and a little windy, but too exciting for words.

I also had a super fun opportunity driving the purple car on the Adventure Park race track. I didn't win, but it didn't matter. Check out the inspiring photo gallery below.

Kai Evans the director and the whole team were absolutely fantastic and brought great knowledge, big smiles, great hospitality and a real sense of spirit to the whole Adventure Park experience.

You definitely want to make plans to get to this beautiful new Lubbock adventure with the whole family at Adventure Park.
