Lubbock Police Arrest Man Involved in a March Murder and Locate a Person of Interest

Lubbock Police have made an arrest, and located a person of interest, in a murder case.

Tuesday night, LPD arrested 19 year-old Trayvion Deshawn Caro and charged him with murder in connection with the March 9^th shooting death of 30 year-old Matthew Pickett.

Then, Wednesday morning, LPD located 41 year-old Arthur Moore, Junior. Moore is officially listed as a person of interest in the case. The shooting of Matthew Pickett occurred in the 1300 block of 65^th Drive.

Trayvion Deshawn Caro remains in custody at the Lubbock County Jail in lieu of a $200,000 bond.

Caro was also arrested in December 2017 for a burglary occurring in the 800 block of Vanda Avenue.
