
Lubbock Man Accepts Plea Agreement for Stealing Firearms
A Lubbock man has accepted a plea agreement after being indicted for stealing 2 firearms from a Lubbock business back on February 11th.
KAMC News reports that Lubbock Police responded to Academy Sports at 5802 19th Street after a 911 caller said a man took 2 firearms and ran out of the front door.
Officers were able to locate 19-year-old Andre Williams running in the Resthaven Memorial Park.
Williams was found with 2 .45 caliber pistols with Academy's store-issued trigger locks attached.
Williams faces a maximum of 10 years in prison and a fine not to exceed $250,000.
