Latest Dog Gadget Falls into the “What Will They Think of Next?” Category [VIDEO]

I ran across this just this morning and was so ...I'm sorry here...can't find the adjective...'amazed'?..awed? I think more like "stunned" fits, and it definitely falls in the "What will they think of next?" category. It's the "Pootrap". With this you can throw your "pooper scooper" to the wind, so to speak. It's less messy than anything so far. That is, if you get it to fit your animal correctly. It's basically a strapped on plastic bag that's positioned on your dog so the "you-know-what" comes out in the bag. I just can't fathom even humiliating my dog into wearing this.
