Johnny Fab's Cadillac Grill Sets Lubbock Opening, All Are Welcome

A new restaurant is coming to Lubbock and they are aiming to become the newest hotspot for Lubbock diners.

Johnny Fab's Cadillac Grill is now open in South Lubbock and we can finally see what this new restaurant has in store for us.

The new restaurant will feature a "shuck n' eat oyster bar, house-made tortillas, a mesquite-fired grill, diner-style burgers, craft cocktails, local beers and so much more.

Johnny Fab's is being opened by the Jordan Restaurant Group and they own Teddy Jack's, Cujo's, and Ike's Woodfire Grill.

Johnny Fab’s Cadillac Grill will have “a retro feel” as well and a wide variety menu with “a little bit of Tex Mex.” They want to be casual, family-friendly and a local eatery all in one. I mean look at their birria tacos. I don't know what to try first.

From all the pictures they have posted on Facebook, I think it is going to be really good. It is definitely making me hungry and ready to go by.

Their Shuck N' Jive Oyster Bar will feature a selection of fresh oysters and lightly seasoned peel-and-eat shrimp from the shore.

Today is finally the day we can go out and try all this amazing-looking food. Johnny Fab's Cadillac Grill opened on June 14th, 2023 at 11 a.m.
