Courtney Arbour, who is the executive director of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), which oversees the Texas Lottery, issued the following statement in a press release.

“We’re excited to offer our players the chance to add a little holiday magic with these four new seasonal scratch ticket games,” Arbour said.

If you were ever to win a top prize on a scratch ticket, you would need to make a trip to a Texas Lottery Claim Center located throughout Texas, including Victoria. Actually, any scratch-off win $600 or more warrants a trip to the Texas Lottery Claim Center.
