It’s Time For Some Ropin’ & Ridin’ At The Lubbock’s ABC Pro Rodeo
It's that time of the year again.
Time to get your tummy and boots ready for a good time at the ABC Pro Rodeo, a weekend that's jam-packed with fun things to do -- from rodeo performances, BBQ, concerts and a lot of fun. The ABC Pro Rodeo will return to Levelland for the third year in a row at the Mallet Event Center.
Rodeo week kicks off on March 24th and goes through April 1st, with rodeo performances going on from March 30th, 31st and April 1st, 2023. It all kicks off with a cook-off on March 24th and 25th with BBQ and pinto beans. Yum! If you want to be a part of the 3rd Annual ABC Pro Rodeo BBQ, you can signup for your team now. RV spots are also available through the Mallet Event Center's website.
You can also buy raffle tickets now through April 2nd for some awesome prizes and help fundraise for the Boys and Girls Club of Lubbock.
This event has been going on since 1949 and has amazed the South Plains with professional riders and livestock. Don't forget to also sign your kiddos up now for the awesome mutton bustin' event on March 26th. They will be accepting the first 175 kids who register.
This is definitely a fun event for all ages. Tickets for the actual rodeo and events aren't on sale yet but will be soon.
