The hugely popular food truck Farm to Fork Gastro truck will be opening a restaurant in Ransom Canyon mid-December according to Lubbock In the Loop. 

They serve up gourmet street food utilizing sustainable ingredients, crafted by Chef Antonio Pina with products supplied by Pereira pastures dairy, according to their Facebook page. 

Featured items like Venison Green Chili Stew and a Chipotle Brisket 'Sammich,' which includes Adobo braised brisket, crispy brussel sprouts, Negra modelo beer cheese, and fresh pork skins, definitely has my attention.

This is not something you just go down to the store, buy and whip up on a whim in the kitchen; this is a unique offering.

Comments on Facebook really speak volumes to what we can look forward to when they open their restaurant in Ransom Canyon at 8310 E. FM 3523, Ste. 110.

Until then, the restaurant's Facebook page says that you can often find the truck at the corner of 82nd and Slide by Drug Emporium for lunch.
