Dustin Lynch's kick off to his Taste of Country Christmas Tour Saturday night was an intensely high-energy ride!

The crowd increased by the front of the stage once Dalton Domino started his acoustic opening set. The crowd then swelled and swayed as Dustin Lynch took the stage, and audience, by storm!

Not only is Lynch an impressive singer, songwriter and musician, he also engages his fans with an entertaining and adrenaline-infused performance!

The crowd was amazing in all aspects. We were able to talk, visit and rock out with our incredible listeners who help make Lonestar 99.5 such a kick-butt place to be!

Hats off to Wild West as well! James runs a tight ship and he and his crew know how to run a great club and keep things running smoothly and efficiently, especially on a show night. They made it even more fun!

Our radio crew also came out in force and pitched in helping out all night in all areas. And they're such a fun group to hang out with!

The whole night was a blast. Dalton Domino hung out with KT and I before his set and he is the real deal. He is who he is and knows how to have a great time. We know great things are in his future as an artist and a person.

Dustin Lynch not only played his songs, but threw in some crowd pleasing Garth Brooks, Def Leppard and a few AC/DC licks.  What a cool band. AND he stayed on stage well after his show, signing autographs and taking pics with his fans.  VERY cool on his part.

I was not alone in realizing what a lasting presence Dustin Lynch will have on the music scene. I do believe we will be one of the last audiences to see him play smaller venues. What a treat!
