It doesn't take a brain surgeon to realize the use of cuss words has increased. Thanks, primarily, to TV shows, movies and many of the celebrated celebrities out there cussing like a sailor no matter how young the ears are that are hearing it. Whether we approve or not, the use is probably not going to get cleaned up. In fact, one guy in Colorado has found a way to make some pretty good cash.

According to the Associated Press, Robert McIntosh Jr. was charged by a Boulder County deputy during a traffic stop of spewing profanities and refusing to stop. It was settled for $20,000 out of court in Robert's favor with his with attorney saying that his cursing is protected by free speech rights. As they got out their checkbook, Boulder County officials had no comment.
