City of Lubbock to Host Ceremony for 8th Annual Lemonade Day

Lubbock’s 8^th Annual Lemonade Day is set to be held on May 4^th, 2019, and kids have already begun preparations.

In anticipation of the event, a ribbon cutting ceremony will take place Wednesday, March 20, at 4:30 p.m. at the J.T. Margaret Talkington YWCA at Sun N’ Fun Aquatics, located at 6204 Elgin Avenue.

Lubbock Mayor Dan Pope will be at the ceremony to issue an official proclamation. The YWCA of Lubbock will also be there to help families register their stands for Lemonade Day.
