Lubbock’s Blazing Steakhouse Works to Help Hurricane Harvey Victims
When you eat dinner at Blazing Steakhouse, you have an opportunity to make a difference for the victims of Hurricane Harvey.
Blazing Steakhouse knows the tremendous need and the hardships faced. They have close family in the affected area and are dedicated to help, co-owner Marc Coley said.
Blazing Steakhouse has set up a $5,000 goal and is taking donations now. All the proceeds from that effort will go to help those in need, according to Coley. They will also be donating a portion of their proceeds to the hurricane relief efforts.
Coley shared with Lonestar 99.5 that his wife's hometown is one of the areas hardest hit and they have family and many friends there.
"We greatly appreciate any donation. Water, baby items and other necessity items are greatly needed," Coley said.
So when you take the family to Blazing Steakhouse this weekend, please bring your contributions and know that they are donating proceeds to the hurricane victims.
