Balancing Animals Give Peace A Chance [VIDEO]

Just recently I received a video which gave me hope for world peace like nothing else has ever done. It's a video of a Santa Barbara, California homeless man who works State Street there every week along with his animals for donations. He's rigged a harness up for his cat so she won't have to walk so much as the dog she rides on. At some point, a rat came along and started riding the cat! The Mayor of Santa Barbara filmed this clip. Ya gotta love it.
