The Houston Astros and Texas Rangers had already put four on the All-Star team with Hunter Pence, George Springer, Michael Brantley and Alex Bregman all being named starters last week.

Now the Texas teams add five more players to the roster in reserve roles.

The Houston Astros add starting pitchers Justin Verlander, Gerrit Cole and reliever Ryan Pressly.

The Rangers add outfielder Joey Gallo and starting pitcher Mike Minor to the team.

The All-Star festivities kick off Friday, July 5th with a Twenty One Pilots concert and continue all weekend with the home run derby kicking off Monday, July 8th and the All-Star game on Tuesday night. Games resume Thursday, July 11th with the Astros and Rangers playing a four-game set in Arlington.
