A Two For Tuesday With Connie Smith & Merle Haggard [VIDEO]

On this "Two For Tuesday" are two of my all time favorite singers, Merle Haggard and Connie Smith. When you say country music, these two names automatically come to my mind.

Connie Smith was not the original singer on the song we feature today.  "A Place to Fall Apart" was written by Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson and Freddy Powers.

Janie Fricke,who was having hit after hit in the early to mid 80's sang the song with Haggard, and it became a number one song in 1985.
