86 Year Old Grandma Give New Meaning To The Phrase “You’re Never To Old [VIDEO]
When we get older it seem we have a tendency to slow down. We have more aches and pains and end up becoming a couch potato watching t.v. Sometimes we fall into the trap of thinking about exercising and then thinking, I can't do that! Not so for an 86 year old German grandma.
According to MSNBC, she has won 11 medals in the senior games in Germany. Her name is Johanna Quaas and is a former sports teacher.
Check it out has she does her thing. She does a floor exercise and even flips.
If I was a gymnastics judge I would give her 10's just for being out there.
