Woman Gathering Breast Milk for Victims of Dallas Tornado Victims

Candice Kurzov's idea to help caught on quickly now many mothers are helping out.

KVUE reports that it started when a family member had some some breast milk at the home and asked her to donate it. Kurzov then got the idea to help mothers who were victims to the tornado victims in Texas.

It started with just a few ounces and soon it turned into thousands. Kurzov has them bagged and put on ice in her freezers. Three other mothers have joined in helping her.

The group says it is very clear to recipients that the milk is donated and not officially screened.
