William Clark Green's Cotton Fest 2020 to benefit the High Cotton Relief Fund was set for Thursday, April 30th through Sunday, May 2nd at the Cotton Fest Grounds at Cook's Garage, 11002 US 87 in Lubbock. However, we're very sad to report they've had to cancel it due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to their website.

Many concerts and events have been able to reschedule to a later date. Unfortunately, Cotton Fest has announced a cancellation.

This is what they shared on their website:

At the direction of state and local officials and federal guidelines amid the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are saddened to announce the cancellation of Cotton Fest 2020. We take the safety and health of our fans, staff and the Lubbock community seriously and ask everyone to follow the guidelines and protocols put forth by local and federal officials. We look forward to being back at Cook's Garage in Lubbock, TX very soon.

Cotton Fest is an annual benefit event that we all look forward to every year. It's three big days of Texas Country music, camping, BBQ and more.

We hope to see them surprise us and come back sooner rather than later. This year's lineup was set to feature headliners William Clark Green and The Josh Abbott Band, plus Flatland Cavalry, Mike Ryan, Randall King and more.
