William Clark Green will be live at Cook's Garage, 11002 Highway 87, on Saturday, August 15th according to their FaceBook page.

This is terrific news that was just announced yesterday! It's posted on their FaceBook page but details are not yet posted on their website.

Green was scheduled to play the 4th of July show at Cook's Garage and the show was canceled due to a positive COVID-19 test. We are sure glad to see that he has apparently pulled through and is doing well.

Guidelines for recent concerts at Cook's Garage include careful social distancing, tables available for purchase and other precautions to ensure a safe show.

Green's new 'Live at Cheatham Street Warehouse' is out now and from his' Hebert Island' album check out his featured video for She Loves Horses below.

Cook's Garage has posted a stern COVID-19 warning for other upcoming shows that include a waiver. It seems likely a similar waiver will be posted for the William Clark Green show. Here's some of what is posted.

Their notice opens with clarification about the COVID-19 virus and asks you to take responsibility for coming into the venue. This is what was posted for the upcoming Randall King concert:

This venue, the artist, and concert promoter cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while attending the RANDALL KING CONCERT on these premises. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose enter onto these premises, you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.

It continues with a waiver of liability and ends with :

IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO GIVE SUCH CONSENT

AND ASSUME THE RISKS,

DO NOT ENTER THIS AREA!

As we move into more complicated times, we all need to take responsibility and be aware of and weigh the risks when we venture out of quarantine.

So stay safe, and follow COVID-19 precautionary guidelines!
