
Two-Vehicle Crash in Cochran County Leaves One Dead
A two-vehicle crash happened in Cochran County on Friday (Jan. 11), killing one and injuring another.
The accident occurred on State Highway 125, east of Bledsoe, around 8:50 p.m. A 2015 Chevrolet Express van veered into oncoming traffic and collided with a 2013 Ford F-150 pickup truck.
The driver of the truck, 82 year-old Bill Benham, of Bledsoe, was killed in the crash. The driver of the van, 43 year-old Richard Sanchez suffered incapacitating injuries.
