
Two Motorcyclists Injured in Major South Lubbock Crash
The Lubbock Police Department is investigating a major accident involving two motorcycles.
Thursday night (March 6th) at around 9 p.m., police sent out an alert through the LBK Alert System that all northbound lanes of Quaker Avenue at 95th Street were shut down.
Police say that the accident occurred at 7:30 p.m., and that one person suffered serious injuries, with another suffering moderate injuries. Both riders were taken to a local hospital.
It’s not yet clear exactly how the two motorcycles collided.
