The controversial figure has been outspoken over the years, but perhaps most disturbing thing about Morrow was the hairstyle he was sporting back in 2012.

According to the Texas Tribune, Morrow won with 54 percent of the vote in Austin County. Vice Chair Matt Mackowiak apparently took to social media vowing to remove Morrow from office however possible.

To this Morrow told the Tribune, “Tell them they can go ---- themselve.”

But seriously folks, the real story here is Morrow's past and his terrible choice of hair style back in 2012. He was talking about the Travis County Medial School Tax and in preparation he managed some sort bowl cut comb-over hybrid.

Let's face it, this makes Donald Trump look like David Beckham. At first I thought it was some sort of bar-code, but upon further inspection, this was deliberately fixed this way. It manages to maintain it's sheen and stay perfectly in place during the entire interview. My guess is some sort of gel or perhaps a mousse.

Here's the actual video, if you have nothing better to do for the next 22:03 go ahead and watch it. Or you go just go out to the garage and put your head in a vice and start cranking, it will have a similar effect.

A little more backstory on Mr. Morrow. In this video he's obvious fed up with being called "nuts" and lashes out.  In the video he calls Bill Clinton a "rapist" and accuses the Bush family of running drugs during the Iran Contra and then goes on a tirade about LBJ killing JFK.

Now don't get me wrong, the man is entitled to his own opinion. For all I know he may be right, but what seems to get him in trouble is his arrogant demeanor and use of foul language.

For me though it's the hair. It's like staring into the eye of the abyss, I can't take my eyes off it, it's like a reverse-Medusa or the worst hat-hair ever.

I do hope he keeps his position as Chairman however. If he legitimately won he should get to stay in office. I for one would LOVE to cover the meetings he's proceeding over.
