Top 5 Romantic Places for Valentine’s Day Dinner in Lubbock

It seems like you just have to go out for dinner -- a nice, romantic dinner, on Valentine's Day. (Or possibly the weekend closest to Valentine's Day since this year, Valentine's Day, February 14th, falls on a very un-romantic Tuesday).

If you have a favorite romantic spot, that's perfect. But maybe you want to try somewhere new, somewhere that will feel like a new fresh adventure, like a getaway. Valentine's Day for me has often meant finding our favorite steakhouse, preferably one with a roaring fireplace and a big salad bar, but there are lots of ideas out there.

It can be nice to take a special night for your significant other and then hang out with the whole family on Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day as a family reminds me of the box of little store-bought Valentine's for all my friends at school and red construction paper, glue and doilies to make one-of-a-kind home made creations for Mom and Dad.
