Today Is The Day For Free Slurpee’s in Texas

Today is one of the best days of the year for free things and sales.

Not only is it free Slurpee day but it is also Amazon Prime Deals Day AND free Subway day.

I have been loving this since when they started back in 2002. 7-Eleven has offered a complimentary small Slurpee drink on July 11: the date that aligns with the chain’s name (7/11). And on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, customers can once again enjoy their free small Slurpee at participating 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes locations.

"To our awesome Slurpee drink fans: you asked, and we’re delivering by giving even more ways to redeem free Slurpee drinks and irresistible food deals to celebrate our 96th birthday,” said Marissa Jarratt, 7-Eleven's chief marketing & sustainability officer, in a news release. “As a part of our summer-long ‘Anything Flows’ campaign, we invite everyone to celebrate the next generation of Slurpee with us. No matter what your flow is, we have a Slurpee flavor to match, so come enjoy yours this Slurpee Day.”

Right now there is a new limited-edition Slurpee flavors including Sprite Lymonade Legacy, Summertime Citrus, Fanta Dragon Fruit Zero Sugar, and Hibiscus Lemonade.

Previously known as “7-Eleven Day,” the company started calling it “Slurpee Day” in 2022. This is in honor of the convenience store chain's 96th birthday. So head on over to any participating 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes stores today to get your free drink.

Here's a secret for next year: You don't have to wait until Tuesday to get a freebie. You can get also get a free small Slurpees the day before the event if you are a member of the 7Rewards or Speedy Rewards loyalty program.

Another benefit to being a loyalty member is access to a bunch of $1 food deals on Big Bite Hot Dogs and other snacks when you go to 7-Eleven.
