Thomas Rhett has been looking forward to his first Christmas with his wife and daughters as a family, and from the looks of some photos shared online, it did not disappoint.

Rhett's wife, Lauren, turned to Instagram to post a series of shots from the family's Christmas celebration, first sharing a shot of the family's dazzling Christmas tree, which is loaded up underneath with more presents than kids could possibly know what to do with.

She wrote that the kids were waiting on Santa to come, but it looked like that didn't come off without complication.

Later on, she posted an absurdly cute picture of daughter Willa Gray in her new mini-kitchen, which is fully decked out with a little stove, a small refrigerator with a mini chalkboard that reads "Willa Gray's Kitchen" and a sink. Willa is standing at the sink with a small frying pan in one hand, which is appropriately covered in an oven mit, while on her head she sports a little chef's hat. The final touch is a cute little fried egg in the skillet, along with Willa Gray's beautiful smile.

The couple went all-out for their first Christmas with their girls, sharing a picture from a special date night that marked the sixth anniversary of their engagement, as well as their adorable family Christmas card, which features the whole family — including their dogs — in matching Christmas pajamas.

Rhett and Lauren had quite an unusual year; they began 2017 as a childless couple, and ended the year with two daughters. They adopted Willa Gray from Uganda in May and welcomed their biological daughter, Ada James, in August.

The "Life Changes" singer was eagerly anticipating their first Christmas together.

“You know, growing up, waiting for Christmas felt like you were sitting there waiting for six years," Rhett said. "And now that we have kids, I do think that little anxious feeling of ‘God it’s gonna take me forever to fall asleep tonight’ is gonna be back — because we know that that’s what Willa and Ada are thinking about. So, it’ll be fun."
