The Wonderful Lubbock Parade of Homes Rolls Through July 26th
Every year the wonderful Lubbock Parade of Homes is something to look forward to, and this year is no exception, it is underway and rolling through the 26th of this month, according to the West Texas Home Builders Association website.
This year they are celebrating 65 consecutive years. They have not missed a year, and despite the cancellation of so many things this year they have an impressive line up of homes for us to see.
We can get out to explore 3 beautiful home developments. As many as 23 different homes will be shown for us to view and walkthrough.
They are focused, of course on keeping us safe. They are asking us to wear a mask, and wear booties for the walkthrough, and follow social distancing guidelines.
The first of the three featured developments is Cantera, which is located near Milwaukee at Erskine and is in the popular Frenship Independent School District according to their website.
There are also fantastic homes to view in the Escondido Ranch development. It's located on West 50th and Alcove. They are considered to be the 'hidden gem' of Lubbock according to their website. They are also located in the sought after Frenship school district and are 'close to amenities' but offer tranquility.
The third beautiful subdivision of the Parade of Homes tour this year is South Fork Ranch at South Slide Road and south of Woodrow Road at CR7630.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for kids 12 years old and younger. You can follow this link for tickets and details! Make plans to get out for the 2020 Parade of Homes presented by the West Texas Home Builders Association.
