The Last Bandoleros Give Lubbock a Wild Ride at JAB Fest — See the Photos
The Last Bandoleros, a four-piece powerhouse group from San Antonio, Texas, brought a fun and energetic mix of country, rock and pop to JAB Fest 2017 that had attendees dancing.
The band describes itself as "a new breed of Tex Mex" with "sounds of hyper train beats, distorted guitars, Beatlesque harmonies, and blazing accordian solos." We definitely heard the harmonies Friday night in Lubbock, and they were out of this world!
Rolling Stone included the band on its '10 country artists you need to know' list in 2016, describing the band as "a rebooted Los Lobos with a surplus of infectious hooks." The future looks bright for this up-and-coming country group.
