An Ohio teen collapses after a Call of Duty marathon, which begs the question: Is playing a game on end, worth your life?

15 year old, Tyler Rigsby of Ohio, was rushed to the emergency room Tuesday afternoon after collapsing. He had been playing his Xbox game, Call of Duty, for almost 5 days with only short breaks to use the restroom, grab a snack, and shower.

Tyler collapsed due to sever dehydration. With all the action going on, he wasn't paying attention to his body's needs.

'I was very scared,' his mother, Jessie Rawlins says in the video. 'I thought he was gonna die'.

Experts have been warning parents and all gamers of the real possibility and health hazards of 'game addiction'. It's just like any other negative addiction and some agree that it's more dangerous than being addicted to cigarettes because 'the kill' comes quicker and past a certain point, this addiction is a lot less forgiving.

Game Addiction causes you to ignore your body's needs. When that happens, your body will begin to shut down in a matter of days, instead of years.

In Tyler's case, the lack of fluids made his blood volume low, which made his blood pressure go down. When that happens, you do not get enough oxygen to the brain and at that point you collapse, just as Tyler did.

On the other side, blame is being placed on the parents. Why was Tyler ALLOWED to play his Xbox for 4-5 days straight? In her defense, at the end of the video, she tells the camera that his Xbox is gone, now.

So, who's responsible? Do you think it's safe or not?
